Seraya, laurels, oaks, mosses, orchids, pitcher plants and ferns make up the typical landscape here.
The abundance and diversity of the flora and fauna here have been
recognized by scientists and researchers alike, prompting them to use the reserve as a natural laboratory to study the
behavioral patterns of several primate species like gibbons, bats and forest plants.
