Welcome to Mutiara Taman Negara - the only resort located
in the heart of Taman Negara-Malaysia National Park. Perched
high up the river bank between two rivers, Sungai Tahan and
Sungai Tembeling, we offer weary travelers sanctuary within the
beautiful 25-acre ground. It is an eco-resort with 108
Malay-style chalets, bungalows and guesthouses built with
natural timber and equipped with all the creature comfort you
are used to. All the resort's chalets are arranged overlooking
either the river or forest so as to make you feel totally at one
with nature. Eco-conscious travelers on a budget are also
catered for through a selection of dormitories and hostel as
well as 1-hectared camping site with full camping facilities.

For wonderful buffet spreads, you need not venture far. Located next
to main Lobby, the Seri Mutiara Restaurant serving
mouth-watering local dishes as well as selected international
recipes. The restaurant opens from 7:00am until 11:00pm daily. Mutiara
Taman Negara is also a good place to hold company retreats, meetings
and seminars. The resort has two banquet halls, Bayan Nuri I and
Bayan Nuri II, which can seat up to 300 participants at one time.

EXCITING ADVENTURES, ONLY MORE EXHILARATING
Forget your life in the city and take a walk on the wild side at
Mutiara Taman Negara. Jungle trekking and come face to face with
endangered wildlife. Rapids shooting, scale the challenging
peaks, explore caves and waterfalls or go freshwater fishing. You
can also visit Orang Asli settlements or spend a night in an
observation hide and spot wildlife feeding in remote areas of
the forest. The adventures of a lifetime and all just minutes
away from Mutiara Taman Negara.

travelling as a group, the dormitory features double-bunk beds (with
mosquito netting) in a spacious environment, ceiling fans, lockers
and a common bath. |

have a campsite and camping equipment for rent. |

Trenggan Lodge - Located deeper in
Taman Negara, this is a quiet retreat enveloped by nature. Although
charmingly rustic, guests will still enjoy modern conveniences such as
comfortably furnished chalets, a restaurant and a camping site
with standard amenities. |

Return coach transfer are available (prior arrangement) from Kuala
Lumpur to Kuala Tembeling Jetty at RM 80 nett per person.

Take the boat rides from Kuala Tembeling Jetty in Jerantut to Taman
Negara. The journey will take you through adventures and natural
habitat for about 3 hours.
Return
boat transfer from Kuala Tembeling jetty to the Resort is at RM 50
per person. |

Overland transfer will minus the experience gained above direct
to Taman Negara via FELDA Padang Piol. A scheduled public
transport is available for this purpose at Jerantut town. |
