Kenong Rimba Park
The Park is located in the Kenong Valley, lies to the south-west of the well-known Taman Negara. This 121 square kilometres park is a very scenic valley traversed by gentle waves of mountains is the home to the Orang Asli from the Batek tribe. An within the park, you'll be able to witness a number of limestone caves and you'll also be able to see the Kenong River.

It has abundance of lowland forests and of course riverine vegetation. You can see varieties of the likes of various fern family as well as wild orchids. The patronizing kompassia excelsa or locally known as "tualang" tree and "pokok ara" can also be seen in the park. Another delightful attraction is the emergence of pink and white water lilies which is found floating where water is found.
The Bukit Tinggi Cave is the most well-known of the many caves in the park. A variety of wild orchid can be witnessed in this cave. Other notable caves found in the park are Batu Tangga Cave, Batu Tangkup Cave and Batu Telahup Cave. The rock formations foud in batu Tangga Cave is the resemblance of flight of stairs, as the name suggests.
Other activities that can be experienced in the park are bird watching, mountain climbing, jungle trekking, just to name a few.
On accommodations in the park area are chalets as well as a dormitory. For those who are more adventurous can also find good campsites in the area.
