The Janda Baik area has training camps which provide a quiet retreat from the busy city life of Kuala Lumpur, situated in a cooling atmosphere. It takes about 40 minutes to drive from Kuala Lumpur.

Almost all the accommodation in the area is able to organize motivational courses, as well as various obstacle challenges such as the ever popular jungle trekking, flying fox and abseiling. Camping grounds are available.

Lately, there are various resorts that provides other services such as jungle trekking, camping facilities, quiet and cool retreat, that is able to receive all level of budget and activities.
